Why does the word enumeration sound like money? Probably because enumeration sounds like renumeration. Is there is a real connection?
Well, enumeration is to do with numbering and renumeration has to do with getting paid for services. If money is numbers, then there is a connection between the two words.
I would try and use enumeration and renumeration in a poem to express the inexpressible, but it would have nothing to with money, but it should be about numbers…somehow expressing a thought of the subtleties of enumeration and renumeration as numbers.
I should rhyme it with ‘repressible’.
